Hans-Joachim Schulze (1951 Sonneberg - 2017 Berlin) is one of the most important non-compliant artists of the GDR, founding member of the group "37.2" in Leipzig. Already in 1982, the "galerie oben", Karl-Marx-Stadt, presented the two-part performance "Art as a productive force" (participants including Hartwig Ebersbach, organized by Gunar Barthel).
The exhibition takes place as part of the series of talks and exhibitions "zeit.PUNKT" of the KULTURSTIFTUNG HAUS EUROPA
